Proper honey. No nonsense. The way it should be.
This one has been nearly twenty years in the making.
Long before Craic Larder existed, I became fascinated by bees. Years later, I finally started keeping them myself - and this is the result.
Proper Scottish honey from our own bees. Extracted from the frames, filtered and jarred by us. Nothing added. No heat treatment. Just honey.
Every jar comes from a small harvest, so once this batch is gone, it’s gone.
