Fresh lemon, plenty of garlic and proper herby flavour.

Lemon /Herb is bright and fresh without being delicate. There is enough garlic in there to give it real punch, with lemon peel, oregano, thyme and parsley keeping everything fresh and herby.

It is brilliant when you want something lighter than a smoky or spicy rub but still want the food to actually taste of something. Especially good with chicken and fish, but it earns its keep on roast veg and tatties as well.

Chicken · fish · prawns · potatoes · roast veg · salads · couscous

Easy idea: Mix with olive oil, coat chicken or fish and leave it for a wee while before cooking. Finish with fresh lemon if you have one kicking about.

Made with coarse sea salt, dried lemon peel, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, black pepper, kibbled onion and a touch of brown sugar.
