MEXICAN MIX BLEND

Smoky, garlicky and made for a proper fakeaway.
Mexican Mix is built around paprika, cumin and garlic, with coriander, lemon and smoked sea salt giving it a deeper, brighter finish. There is a wee touch of cayenne for heat, but it is designed to be big on flavour rather than stupidly hot.
 
Use it anywhere you would normally reach for one of those supermarket taco sachets - except this has proper texture and a lot more going on. Chicken, beef, mince and veg all work brilliantly.

Easy idea: Fry off chicken or mince with onions and peppers, add Mexican Mix and a splash of water, then let everything cook down before piling it into wraps.
 
Made with paprika, coarse sea salt, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, brown sugar, cayenne, dried lemon peel, kibbled onion, black pepper and smoked sea salt.
