Bees, Blends, and Belief

Before the blends… there were bees.

Or at least the dream of them.

Because Craic Larder was never just about seasoning. It’s about building something that feeds people properly — and that starts with pollinators.

Bees keep this planet ticking. They’re why you’ve got apples, onions, berries, courgettes.

And they’re vanishing.

That’s why we’re doing this right. Starting small. Natural hives. Local plants. Real honey. No chemicals. No sugar syrups. No plastic foundations.

It’s not fast. It’s not profitable. But it’s right.

And one day soon, Craic won’t just be seasoning.

It’ll be jars of proper Scottish honey with real bite.

If you’ve bought a Craic blend — you’ve already backed the bees.

Appreciate you.
